The solution was diluted with ethyl acetate, and washed with water and brine. The organics were combined, dried over magnesium sulfate, filtered, and the solvent was removed in vacuo. The crude residue was purified via reverse phase HPLC to deliver the desired compound (11 mg, 42.0 % yield) as a white solid. NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-i e) delta ppm 8.80 (d, 1 H), 7.78 (s, 1 H), 7.31 – 7.37 (m, 1 H), 7.20 – 7.26 (m, 1 H), 7.11 (t, 1 H), 6.84 (t, 1 H), 5.85 (s, 2 H), 4.15 (t, 2 H), 3.64 (t, 2 H), 2.59 (s, 3 H), 2.50 (t, 2H).
